There are times when we really want to express ourselves on whatever issues we feel like talking about. we often express opinions and ideas, no matter how strong they are, in our blogs. But isn't better to have a free speech zone where everyone can debate topics?  Yeah, debate is always very good when it is well moderated. Now I have found a perfect place for people who love argumentation and debate, it is a potlicial discussion forums, the name is no other than ArgueWithEveryone.com. Check it out and have a good place to lodge your views; it is always good to have an exchanging of views and ideas on matters that concern us.

This is a late post about these amazing contest that was held in our place. As you can see these are christmas trees and this was held last christmas c: Amazing how the groups made their tree out of what their place produce and even use for living.

This tree was made of coconut from it's fruit, leaves, branches and all.

The most unique one I saw but the sad part is hours after it was lit it was burned to the ground:c It was easily burnt because of it's light materials.

With my son posing under this tree, this one is made of small part of the coconut which holds the fruit itself. Mosaic in style, with corn peelings under it.

This is a favorite of mine. Very fine and neatly done. Another mosaic of different seeds like monggo, corn and watermelon. The bottom is made of corn peelings with white corn cubs under it.

Hope this post amazed you as much as it amazed me c:

Beginning in the last decade, digital cameras have become more and more affordable and many people are becoming artists in their own way. The art of photography has become the art of thousands of common people like you and me. Because digital cameras have become ubiquitous, common people have also began to discover the innate photographer in themselves. If we scour the internet for images taken by people with their digital cameras, we will be amazed at the sheer number of talented individuals out there who are able to capture moments and things that could look commonplace to those who have no eye for photography but they come out like magic in our computer screens because they see that exact moment to click the shutter. If you think you have the artist in you, why not start thinking about having your own digital camera? I came upon 42nd Street Photo's Google Page, there I found these cool nature pics that really inspired the artist in me. After seeing the images they have in that page I started to think that probably I can take good nature images too. I love nature and I love photography, that's all there is to need to start! 42nd Street Photo is a popular online camera store located in the heart of New York City.provide an online store for digital camera sales. They have more than four decades of history providing some of the best customer service in the business. If you want to start out with photography, now's the right time to check them out and be inspired.

3 weeks ago we went to my mother-in-laws place because we haven't had the chance to be with them for our New Years celebration. Anyway we had a good time and I finally had the glimpse of my hubby's gift baught at Berry's on-line store named berryfox. Check out her cute quartz watches c:

I know in the Philippines maple syrup is not always available and so I asked for a substitute for it. Here’s an easy substitute for maple syrup.

you will need...

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon maple extract (or vanilla extract)
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup boiling water

here is how....

1. Place the granulated sugar in a heavy skillet.
2. Heat until the sugar melts and turns brown (keep the heat very low so the sugar doesn’t burn).
3. Meanwhile, place the brown sugar into a heavy saucepan.
4. Pour water over the brown sugar and bring to a boil (without stirring).
5. Add the caramelized white sugar to the melted brown sugar in the saucepan.
6. Simmer, stirring often, until the syrup has thickened.
7. Remove from the heat, and whisk in the butter and maple/vanilla extract.

This makes about 1 cup.

Enjoy eating guys c:

It's been awhile since I had featured another blog. Now I had made my choice for some time and I found this unusual blog of a virtual restaurant named Manong Ken's Carinderinderia I don't know the name of the owner but I have been dropping EC's and he is known to me as a good photographer too because I often visit and comment at his works in uncommon photographers where his photos of photograpehrs are posted. He also has four different blogs among them is Tribung Pinoy. I love his shots on his camera, now I found out that he cooks too when I saw it in his Carinderia Blog. Here is the sample of his blog. To know more of his recipes and pics, visit his blog by clicking at the names above.

I miss doing this Siesta Saturdays at Maricris's  Zen Ventures.  Our mission for the day is to find the perfect dress for her to choose from. I decided to post it all here and write the links as well. Hope you would like and enjoy my choices and suggestions for you c: Here goes....

My 1st choice is this elegant dress with a waist wrap belt.
this will make an illusion that you have a slim waist...
(a fav, I so like it because it is perfect for me hehehe :p)

The 2nd choice is simple front yet lovely back design.

3rd choice is simple yet elegant with the shape of the body is seen plus the shoulders are on emphasis.

4th choice is a halter type like the 1st the back is somewhat emphasized.

5th choice is somewhat separate like blouse and skirt not of the same material still looks elegant c: also a fav c: Link here

6th choice not the long gown type if you don't want it to be that formal c: Yet looks elegant, sleek and sexy still c:

link here

7th choice is one of my favs too. Not the usual simple trapeze cut, not too fit yet shows sexiness even shows off your sexy legs c: link here

8th choice is a scoop neck design. Like the one on top, not too formal yet not too dressy. Simple yet sexy c:

link here

9th choice is a white beaded black gown where the colar bone and the waist is also emphasized here c: link here

Last choice is something I would not choose to wear cause it's not my type but when my hubby would tell me to wear it why not c:

I had fun doing this because  I was like having window shop c: hope you enjoyed viewing it. I wish  this had been a great help for Maricris too c: Hope you found your perfect "it" dress...
