"I know when it's time to pass the ball to victory," this is what Alaska governor Sarah Palin said when she resigned as governor of Alaska. Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell, will take over a governor of the state of Alaska on July 25th. Many political analysts are saying that Palin's resignation is "effectively killing her political future."
