In the Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir mathch in UFC 100, Frank Mir loses to Brock Lesnar. Lesnar easily dominated the smaller Mir and retained his belt via a TKO in the second round.

Here a complete round-by-round account of the match from MMA Fanhouse:

Frank Mir vs. Brock Lesnar
Mir is making his way to the Octagon. Mir is in the Octagon. Lesnar is making his way to the Octagon. Lesnar is in the Octagon.
Round 1: This fight is underway. Lesnar declined to touch gloves. Lesnar lands a leg kick to Mir's heavily taped left knee. Big right hand from Lesnar followed by a takedown. Lesnar in Mir's half guard on the ground. Lesnar has his hand right on Mir's throat. Ref Herb Dean tells them they need to work, as it's a slow-paced fight that has already gone on longer than their first fight. The fans are booing because this has been a slow-paced fight on the ground. Lesnar lands a hard punch on the ground. Some very hard punches from Lesnar on the ground. There's not a ton of action, but what action there is, is Lesnar punching Mir. The left side of Mir's face is already swollen badly. Lesnar is just smothering Mir. It hasn't been the prettiest first round, but Lesnar has been effective. The first round clearly goes to Lesnar, 10-9.

Round 2: Mir has a smile on his face, but his face is busted up, as Joe Rogan said. Lesnar ducks under a punch and goes for a takedown, then lets him back up. Now Mir pushes the pace, goes for a guillotine and then lands an elbow and a knee. Now they're back on the ground with Lesnar on top. Lesnar with a big right hand on the ground. The fans are chanting "stand them up." Mir is in trouble. It's over! Brock Lesnar beats Frank Mir by TKO. Mir's face is a bloody mess. Lesnar gives the middle finger to the fans as they boo him. He's a great fighter, but that's an ugly, classless display by Lesnar.

Ouch, this shot surely looks awful for the Japanese fighter Yoshihiro Akiyama. Anyway, despite the awful pose of Yoshihiro Akiyama, he won in the match. It is also interesting to guess who is tattooed on Alan Belcher's arm. The Alan Belcher tattoo is quite a topic today in the net. People are guessing who it is on his arm. Well, they say it's Johnnu Cash. I thought it'd Elvis. Yay!

Of the total 11 matches in UFC 100, there are two co-main events in the fight card. After this 100th UFC, an undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion will emerge. Of course everyone is looking at Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir. Who would it be? In the other co-main event, it would be a battle between Georges St-Pierre, who is defending his Welterweight belt, and Thiago Alves.

Here's the UFC 100 Fight Card:

- Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping (Middleweight)
- Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher (Middleweight)
- Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago (Welterweight)

The preliminary matches on the UFC 100 fight card:
