The ghost of a surgeon who died in the 1950's is now haunting the hospital where he has worked. This surgeon died of heart attack and his method of haunting the hospital is by repeating the last surgery he has performed again and again. Don't start horripolating yet, we are not yet at the main horrifying scene. Paul encounters the ghost while it was doing the repeat surgery and naturally Paul is horrified to the bone.
