I was scouting for new blogs to feature when I saw this wonderful lady Shengmarie
( I guess ladies with marie as their 2nd name are all wonderful, hep walang kokontra! hehehe) post about a place I know. Lake Sebu, summer capital of South Cotabato Mindanao.

One of her students on weaving...Couldn't go back to sleep and so I made my rounds and went blog hopping. I stumbled upon this blog named Ageless . I love strawberries and i also have this thing about how my teeth looks c: And so I grabbed her wonderful post c:
Do you know that strawberries can whiten your teeth? Strawberries contain an enzyme called malic acid. It acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. When you combine strawberry with baking soda, it becomes a natural tooth-cleanser. It will buff away stains from coffee, colas and red wine. Do not use this too often since the acid could damage the enamel of your teeth.www.worldcommunitycookbook.org
You will need...
1 ripe strawberry
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 ripe strawberry

Here's how...
Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) You can apply this once a week.
