We’re down to the last three episode of the Season 2 of The Mentalist. There is no news yet, whether the CBS will renew the show or not. But based on the renew/cancel index of tvbythenumbers.com, The Mentalist are on the likely to be renewed show due to its high viewer rating. Most likely, CBS will renew The Mentalist for the third season together with NCIS and CSI.

The web became somewhat flooded with the news of the Bret Michaels Brain hemorrhage starting Saturday. The former Poison lead singer and VH1 Rock of Love star was rushed to the hospital on Friday after experiencing severe headache. It was found out that Michaels was suffering from brain hemorrhage. The doctors as of this time are still looking for the cause of the hemorrhage. Meanwhile, Michael's rep has posted the following statement on the Bret's website:
"Everyone at Michaels Entertainment would like to thank all fans and friends for their continued thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.
At this point Bret remains in ICU in critical condition. He is under 24 hour doctors care and supervision. We are hopeful that further tests will locate the source of the bleeding, which has still not been located. As we all know Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness, etc. will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal."

Iliza Shlesinger appeared on “The Howard Stern Show” last Wednesday. Shlesinger is the comedian who won NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”; she is known for her sharp tongue. On the Howard Stern Show she talked about her life on the road (she has toured with other Last Comic Standing winners), her life as a winner, and of course some topics that are not appropriate for children. She also revealed that the four comedians she travels with on the road are all men and they don't talk to her that much, she said that she senses that they do not like her win. She also told Stern that she doesn't have a boyfriend right now and that men seemed to not like to her when she's not on stage. Stern then asked her if she like girls and she said that she doesn't even like to hug her girl friends. She has also revealed that she has worked as a stripper in the past, when she needed money for college.
