The children's book about that car that has some super powers is now a musical and it's on tour right now. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was also made into a movie some time ago. If you've seen the movie you need to see the musical also. Here's a little of what the Daily echo has to say about the musical:
AFTER four years at the London Palladium and three years touring the UK, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will return to The Mayflower in Southampton for three weeks in a year’s time.
The box office smash hit has been revamped, updated and technologically advanced. Directed by Adrian Noble, this feelgood family favourite has a cast and crew of more than 100, including ten dogs, and a full orchestra.
