Annie Lennox HIV Positive? No she's not HIV positive but she wears HIV Positive t-shirt. Lennox was recently given the 2009 Woman of Peace Award for her efforts in helping raise awareness of the impact of AIDS/HIV on women and children especially in Africa. She did it through her SING campaign.
