Who makes the win in a horse race, is it the horse or is it the jockey. I guess it is both. a good jockey won't be able to win a horse race without a good horse. A good horse will lose if ridden by a bad jockey. In the 2009 Kentucky Derby, Calvin Borel and Mine that Horse work perfectly well together to win. Calvin Borel is quite known in the horse race track, he was the winner of Kentucky Derby 2007. His first major win was in Super Derby in 1991.
