Dominic DiMaggio, a former Red Sox star, died. He was 92 years old. He earned All-Star status seven times during his 11 seasons with the Red Sox.
He was with his family when he died at his Massachusetts home. "He was the most wonderful, warm, loving man. He adored his children, and we all adored him," his wife told The Associated Press.
