The Caylee Anthony autopsy report reveals that the two year old Caylee Anthony suffered no visible trauma during the time of her death. It was also found out that "there were overlapping pieces of duct tape over her mouth, and he tape was still attached to head hair. Here is part of the autopsy report:

“an almost complete skeleton of a young child with only multiple small bones missing. The missing bones include small bones from the wrists and hands, as well as fingers and ankle, hyoid and patella,”

“Although there is no trauma evident on the skeleton, there is duct tape over the lower facial region still attached to head hair. The duct tape was clearly placed prior to decomposition keeping the mandible in place.”
