There is now a suspect in the Alexis Cohen hit and run death, a 23 year-old man Toms River, New Jersey named Daniel Bark. Bark was arrested on charges of reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident, which could nab him up to 15 years in jail if convicted. Bark is now in detention with a $35,000 bail.

It is believed that Cohen was returning to her car which was parked just 300 yards away, when she was struck and killed early Saturday morning by Bark's car.
