Couldn't go back to sleep and so I made my rounds and went blog hopping. I stumbled upon this blog named Ageless . I love strawberries and i also have this thing about how my teeth looks c: And so I grabbed her wonderful post c:
Do you know that strawberries can whiten your teeth? Strawberries contain an enzyme called malic acid. It acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. When you combine strawberry with baking soda, it becomes a natural tooth-cleanser. It will buff away stains from coffee, colas and red wine. You will need...
1 ripe strawberry
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 ripe strawberry
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Here's how...
Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) You can apply this once a week.

hindi oy mahilig kasi talaga ako sa strawberries and my teeth ang pnoproblema ko din i don't see naman na your teeth is like that hindi makita sa pic promise talga :C

welcome my dear that's why i posted this i love to try this but sad to say we don't have much strawberries here, in this part of the Philippines only wild ones.

hi..nice recipe for strawberries. sometimes i bought the wrong type.. they r very sour.. makes my eyes close whenever i bite.. haha.. too sour..
