This is rare, really, you don't see this thing every day, Pope Benedict XVI was knocked down by a mentally disturbed woman while he was walking down the aisle during the Christmas eve mass at St. Peter’s Basilica on Thursday. This is a very scandalous and a
shameful behaviour, but if the woman was really mentally disturbed, it was perhaps just an unfortunate incident. I just don't understand how this can happen when the bodyguards are supposed to protect the Pope against attacks like this. Hopefully they will improve their reliability concerning these duties in the future. Lorne
