Patrick Swayze died. The actor who rose to stardom through the films Dirty Dancing, and Ghost, succumbed to advanced pancreatic cancer. He has been battling the disease for more than 20 months and now he has given up the fight and rests. Patrick Swayze was 57.
Acording to the actor's publicist, he died with his family at his side. Swayze was diagnosed with cancer in 2008.
