Typhoon Ondoy took the capital of the Philippines by surprise; it flooded most of Metro Manila, no one was spared, the rich and the poor alike felt the the power of nature, everyone was wet, some died, and the rest of the country felt as if they were slapped on the face with the cold reality of nature's wrath. Here are the sad images of Metro Manila after Typhoon Ondoy had its fill.

I and my family are fortunate enough to have not experienced the typhoon, all we got was the mild rain. We are living in a place where typhoons could not happen, South Cotabato. But we have relatives in Metro Manila, my brother is in Metro Manila, my husband's sister is also residing there. We are really worried because we could not communicate with them because phone service are not available in their area right now.

The tragic scenario typhoon "Ondoy" have caused is really devastating. Most of the people don't expect the floods to be that high in their area. But what's the good thing right now is that there are lots of people across tne country and also all over the world that pledges to give money and relief goods to those affected families. I'm pretty sure that Gawad Kalinga is also taking its part in helping those
    calamity victims.

it was entirely devastating and i just wonder what did the administration do?i know that it was like a couple of month ago or so that this tragedy happened and it is completely too late to post something here. Yet i want the current administration to hear "Hey there are still people here, come on do something, we need help. Many died but many are still trying to live here".
