According to the spokesperson for the Dugard family, Jaycee Dugard has given her first public statement since she first reappeared last month after being kidnapped in 1991. According to the spokesperson, Jaycee said that she is "is happy to be with her family and have their unconditional love and support." Her statement was released to People Magazine. People magazine will publish Jaycees recent pictures early on Wednesday (that is just a few hours from now).
Jaycee Dugard was only 11 years old when she was kidnapped by Philip Garrido and his wife. Now Jaycee is already 29 years old.
