In Bored To Death Season 1 Episode 5, Jonathan's help is asked for by a Russian who has just been paroled. He is searching for the girl that he thinks he is infatuated with. This girl is a songstress that is only known by the alias “The Lonely White Dove.” He goes to the bar where the girl sings; he also convinces Leah, Ray, and Suzanne to get to that bar the next night and have some dinner, all this without letting them know about his true intentions.
