The title of House Season 6 Episode 4 is "Instant Karma." Dr. house has a special case to handle, it is the case of a teenager who suffers from inexplicable stomach pains. The teenager's father brings him to Princeton Plainsboro and makes it absolutely clear that Dr. house should handle the case. The father of the teenager is a very rich businessman who believes that his success in business has a karmic penalty and that is the inexplicable pain of his son, he believes that because he is successful, there is instant karma and it is the sickness that comes to his son.
