In my earlier post, I told you that Dave is the Hell's Kitchen 2009 winner. How did he win? Well, they (the three remaining contestants) were required to create dishes from different parts of the world. What they produced were judged by culinary experts from around the globe. The final two contestants battled it out in the final challenge which is a dinner service. Chef Gordon Ramsay chose Dave, now that is a big spoiler but I know that by now you already know it and all you want is to watch the episode.
