It has been announced by Cars.gov yesterday that the Cash For Clunkers Voucher program is now on. The program makes it possible for automobile traders to get a voucher documentation if the car wanted y the buyer is not in the lot and in the pipeline. Car buyer can now order cars that are not yet in stock at a dealer's shop using a voucher. Buyers can now get the car that they really would like to have using the Cash for Clunkers rebate. This is how it's stated in the program :
"NHTSA has clarified that consumers who want to purchase new vehicles not yet on dealer lots can still be eligible for the CARS program. Dealers and consumers who have reached a valid purchase and sale agreement on a vehicle already in the production pipeline will be able to work with the manufacturer to receive the documentation needed to qualify for the program."
Cash for Clunkers will run until November 1 so you have enough time to get your new car (that is is the funds for it allocated by the government will not run out first).
