Lisbon is accused of murdering a paroled child molester she had arrested, prompting Jane, Cho, Rigby and Van Pelt to conduct their own investigation into the killing.
A child molester who has just been paroled is murdered. This child molester was arrested by Lisbon a long time ago and that arrest was the reason while he was sentenced to a jail term. The murder of the parolee is blamed on Lisbon. Jane, Van Pelt, Cho, and Rigby will do their own investigation of the killing.
