Shoichi Nakagawa, a former finance minister of japan, was found dead in his home Sunday. Shoichi was in the headlines some months ago because of his resignation which became a very big embarrassment for ex-Prime Minister Taro Aso whose Liberal Democratic Party was ousted in an August 30. Nakagawa was forced to resign because of the controversy brought about by his drunken behavior at a G7 news conference in February. Nakagawa was 56
