Bleach Season 12 Episode 240 English Sub is entitled Byakuya's Betrayal. In this episode Byakuya seems to be hiding something we do not quite know about. Is he planning something? Is it a plan that he keeps to himself? He sure got a pan and he is determined to do it on his own. Byakuya is proud, and he can't be reached by other shinigamis.
Byakuya decides not to kill the people guarding Hinamori's and Matsumoto's Zanpaktaou -- he uses a hand-chop to the side of the head which has been shown to incompacitate, not kill.
