Here's meteor shower August 2009 time. If you live in the northern hemisphere you are lucky because the Perseid Meteor shower is in full bloom tonight, August 11, 2009. The best time to view the meteor shower is very early in the morning at 1:00 a.m. EST and at 5:30 a.m. EST. At the most star gazers will see between 50 to 150 meteors an hour in the night sky. So don't forget to check this out tonight.
