Tweets began appearing since late Saturdy night about the Chino Prison riot. According to the tweets, it is a major riot. The Chino State Prison which is also known as the California Institution for Men in San Bernardino, California. There are unconfirmed reports that the cause of the riot is the altercation between Hispanics and African-Americans at the prison. No report of deaths yet. Will update this soon.
